*Pray for the Hungary Short-term Missions Team as they minister this week to the T.E.A.M. missionary kids during their European conference. They arrived safely and spent Monday traveling to the Conference Center, getting settled in and set up for their first meeting with the children that night. Dave Borror reports that they have the kids all morning, late afternoon, and all evening. So far, the team is energized for the task and the kids are responding well to the teaching, fun & games, and worship times. They were able to spend time with Evan & Carrie Parks over the week-end and visit their church on Sunday, and hope to spend some time with the Lundquists in Vienna after this conference. Pray for travel safety as they leave next Tues. to return home.
*Pray for Eric & Melissa Lundquist (T.E.A.M. in Austria) as they participate in this conference in Hungary where our team is helping. Pray for encouragement through the teaching on discipleship; that their kids would adjust well to other kids in the group; and for good connections during the week with other missionaries. Pray that Eric & Melissa will be able to give a clear picture of their life in Vienna to our team this week-end as they visit Austria. Pray as they plan their home assignment to return to the U.S. in mid-October and work on their support shortage. *Pray for Greg & Sue Stowers (GEM in France) as they just finished the Greater Europe Mission annual conference in Poland. They are thankful for the opportunity to gather together from all over Europe to worship the Lord, fellowship together and encourage one another. They were excited to see their daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandchildren who live and work in Italy. Continue praying for Europe which so desperately needs the Lord!
*Pray for John & Marilyn Rice (Christar in Holland) and particularly Marilyn who has been suffering from costochondritis—a very painful condition in her ribs/breastbone. Doctors have ordered a lot of rest. Please continue praying for their son, Jonathan, who has found a temporary low-paying job, but is considering moving out of the area to improve his employability. Pray that Jonathan would draw closer to God through this difficult time.
*Jon & Jenny Davis (WorldVenture on Home Assignment from Uganda) are thankful for safety for the many miles they have traveled since leaving Uganda in June for their home assignment. They are finally home in IL for awhile before hitting the road again on Saturday. Pray for good connections with supporters and for BAM training next month.

*Ted & Wendy Szymczak (SEND in MI) just arrived back from Poland after an emotionally and physically draining several weeks. Pray for the sale of their home in Wroclaw. They have an interested party, but the party has to sell their home first before they can purchase the Szymczak’s.
