*Congratulations to Phil & Julie Parshall, retired from SIM, who are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary June 4th!!  Email them at:  phil.parshall@sim.org or send a card to 916 Summit Walk Dr., Apt. 103, Charlotte, NC 28270.

*Archie & Marty Hensley(AIM in MI) ask for continued prayer for their grandson, 18 yr. old Nicholas. They learned last week that earlier test results indicate that he has either Lymphoma or Leukemia. They will do more tests to determine his diagnosis and treatment.  Thanks to so many of you who have expressed your love and prayers during this most difficult time.  Nicholas and M.J. are both children of their son, Matthew, who all live in CA.   Many of you prayed for M.J., Matthew’s youngest daughter, as she went through the spine, brain, and skull surgery at three years old. Now it is Matthew’s oldest son, Nicholas, who is at this critical point in his life.  He also has complications of Celiac disease and has a large mass in his neck.  Pray for the family and for Archie & Marty as they may need to fly to CA for his surgery.

*Peter & Shanel Bishop(YFC in Detroit) are thankful that Peter is doing much better since his surgery.  He is finally gaining back some of the weight he lost and little by little getting more strength.  His pain management is getting better as he heals from his surgery.  Pray for energy and focus as they have a busy summer of ministry ahead of them.

*Dale & Vicky Bishop(YFC in Detroit) are excited to see their youth joining together with the EACH ministry, creating opportunities for them to serve in the community.  Raising additional funds to cover the cost of the ministry is still a challenge.  Insurance for vehicles and liability are due, and they are trusting God to help them meet these necessary obligations.  Pray for a successful annual Charity Golf outing Monday, June 6, at Cherry Creek Golf Course.

*Pray for Kirk & Cindy Flanegan (The Seed Co. – USA).  They are thankful that Cindy is able to put off having surgery on her neck as long as the situation remains “manageable.”  They are also thankful for the recent President’s Forum with The Seed Co.  Kirk leads the events team that managed the logistics for this large event.  The Lord provided significant funding through this group to support new translation projects and complete others already in progress.

*Dick & Gerry Walton(retired in PA) ask for prayer for those who are preparing for ministry opportunities in Macedonia.  Pastors and Bible teachers are involved in this group who will be studying the Four Gospels from June 6-10.  Ask the Lord to raise up many effective servants for His name sake.  Remember Gerry, as she cares for things at home while Dick is gone these few weeks in Bulgaria and Macedonia.

*Pray forTed & Wendy Szymczak (SEND Int’l. transitioning assignment).  Wendy and the two younger kids will be returning to Poland on June 14th and would love to take back used baseball mitts (in good condition) for summer camp use in Poland.  Both adult and youth mitts are needed.  They can be dropped off at the mission home or put in the box at the mission table at church.

*Pray for Scott & Lorna Muha (TEAM in Spain) as they meet every Tuesday evening with their somewhat fragmented team to pray – asking for God’s wisdom, love, and grace, and desire to be unified.   Pray that they would hear from God as they seek direction in team building and allow God to mold each of their hearts, minds and attitudes.  Encourage them at:  smuhahahas@gmail.com.
